Business Partnerships – SupraIT & Inspect Your Gadget

This week I launched a new business partnership for SupraIT which was pretty exciting. Inspect Your Gadget is a new Rotorua Business who are specialists in repairing and servicing your beloved “gadgets” (mobile phones and tablets).

Relationships are very important to businesses especially small to medium size ones. You are often the trusted adviser for your customers and they ask for your recommendation on other related services that are outside of your core business.

In small business trying to be a one stop shop or “everything to everyone” is disastrous for a few reasons.

1. You can’t deliver as good a product or support as others who specialize.
2. Your business might need a specialist with specific qualifications or experience that you don’t have on hand.
3. When problems arise support or problem solving takes longer than it should.
4. You don’t make enough margin and lose money.

This often results in the customer losing their patience or trust in you and they end up taking all of their business to your competitor, or at best some, and the competitor now has an opportunity to unseat you.

With the new partnership between SupraIT and Inspect Your Gadget, SupraIT now have a real option for servicing or repairing their customers gadgets and Inspect Your Gadget now have a partner who specialize in WiFi solutions and more general IT support.
